Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms offered a nice view of the woods but were poorly furnished and felt bland, resembling a basic 3-star setup. The service was a bit of a hit and miss—while I appreciated being able to check in early after a cruise, I felt the staff could have been more helpful in suggesting cheaper alternatives. The location was convenient if you're into nature, with a small zoo nearby, but it definitely needs some updating. Dining was average, with a decent selection but nothing extraordinary. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt old and musty.
The hotel is isolated for visiting the rest of urban Manaus and is a $30 cab ride to the city, yet close to the airport. The rooms are very poor and lacking cleanliness, but the staff at the front desk and Travel agency have good English skills and are extremely helpful. The location gives you plenty of opportunity to stretch your legs, with a small zoo nearby for those interested in birds, though it doesn't have many restaurants around. Bernado, the chief bellboy, is attentive but there are concerns about small cages and the lack of towels in the swimming pool area. Dining options include fresh cooked 'tapioca' and regular food with a good fruit selection, but lacks options like bacon/sausage and eggs cooked to order. The hotel facilities are outdated and emit a smelly odor throughout but the service from the staff is exceptional.
My stay at the hotel was great overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. The location is excellent, right by the river, but there were some issues with the dining experience. The facilities were well-maintained and offer a good value for money.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms, with good air conditioning, making it a priority in the warm climate of Manaus. The service, though unprofessional overall, has friendly and helpful staff. The location provides opportunities to explore nature with a small zoo on the property. The dining experience offers a variety of food options, but the quality is average. While the facilities are decent, the hotel may be a bit isolated from other attractions.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful overall. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I especially loved swimming in the pool and exploring the zoo on-site. However, the TV in the room felt outdated without a remote. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a must in the Manaus heat.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was quite large and very clean, but unfortunately, the sheets were stained and didn't cover the threadbare mattress. The service was helpful and friendly, yet the staff didn't always respond well to our requests. The location was beautiful, right next to the river, but it was quite far from local attractions. The dining options were disappointing for a place in the heart of the Amazon. The facilities were nice, but there was room for improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very neat and clean with a great location on the river, including an Amazon-themed zoo and fish and turtle lagoons on the property. The food was excellent, especially the dinner buffets. However, I did encounter some cleanliness issues in my room with dead bugs on the floor, and the room was a bit far away from where I wanted to be.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms had a bit of a smell issue with fungus, but the last night's room on the upper floor was fantastic, with great air conditioning that really mattered in the Manaus heat. The service was a mix, not so friendly at the reception, but Joao Paul stood out with his friendly and helpful attitude. The location was a bit sad from our room, but the reception staff made up for it. The dining experience didn't meet my expectations considering the Amazon surroundings. Overall, the facilities were okay, with room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was great, near the river beach with plenty of attractions nearby, the rooms felt old and cramped, and quite a distance from the entrance. The service was a bit hit or miss, helpful at times but unprofessional at others. The dining options were good, although some improvements could be made. Overall, the facilities were decent, but there were some noisy disturbances during the stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The hotel's location provides a taste of the tropics, offering the opportunity to stretch your legs and enjoy some fun activities with kids later in the day. However, the rooms were not up to standard, with issues like missing bedsheets and a damp, smelly ambiance. The service was lacking, with unprofessional and unhelpful staff despite some polite interactions. The dining experience fell short of expectations, although the variety of food was commendable.
